We use various theatre methods as a base in our work. It's a journey that will help you reconnect to your deepest purpose, desires and calling through connecting to your senses. Simply speaking, our sessions use our own bodies as a medium to connect. Not only to ourselves, but also to those around us. Apart from body-centred exercises we like to use Storytelling, creative Writing, Mindfulness and plenty of other interactive methodologies, which we always mix with times to reflect about what we learn along the way.

Our main areas of focus are those of human rights, social inclusion and cultural diversity. We harness theatre methodologies to create spaces for learning, dialogue and triggering critical thought. Our educator have university degrees in International Human Rights, as well as Cultural Diversity Education. During our workshops we like to use not only those formal, research and science backed resources available through presentations, but also knowledge of each individual. Educators in our team have expertise and experience in International Human Rights, social inclusion and diversity education. Along with that we are trained in Theatre Pedagogics and Didactics, as well as various non-formal educational methodologies such as Storytelling, Creative Writing and Mindfulness.

The shortest workshop, given the methodology we work with is 2 hours. Depending on the need of the team/group or an organisation, we are available for workshops which take from 2 to 10 days.

We don't have any limits. We have experience holding workshops for teams as mall as 6 persons, as well as workshops for groups as large as 100 persons.
